Jack delivers your money's worth. He is a very respected veteran of elite force with deep knowledge of self defense and weapons. I sat there for 4.5 hours but it felt like two hours. Jack's presentation was very methodical and full of substance as well as insight, that you would find highly valuable. More that what he delivers to you, I like how he did it - he grabs your attention and makes it very interactive as well as fun.
