Brought a ruger precision rifle to get a safety selector spring replaced, they had the rifle for nearly 5 months and claimed they were out of stock then claimed ruger sent the wrong part. I ended up picking my rifle back up disassembled with parts in a bag. The manager said he was sorry, I said me too!
