Duncan's Outdoor Shop

Extremely knowledgeable and great customer service! I recently placed an online firearms order with Duncans Outdoor Shop for a firearm Ive been unable to find locally or online for over a year. There was an issue with the online stock being up to date due to it being a holiday weekend. I received a phone call and email first thing Monday morning when they opened to explain the issue and apologize. I was assured that I would be put on a waiting list and in the meantime they would do everything they can do in their power to fulfill my order on time. Seeing that Ive search multiple local and online dealers over the last year with no luck I wasnt to hopeful that the outcome would be in my favor. I got a call back within the hour saying that they were able to track me down the firearm I was looking for new in box. Id also like to add that the price was almost spot on with the dealers recommended retail price and Im grateful of that because most online auctions are selling it for twice the amount used. Id definitely order from them again.

the first time I visited this place I did not feel welcome. one of the staff members was not so friendly, glared at me the whole time I was there. I was shopping for some ammunition that I was told was sold there, but as soon as I asked for it I was instantly told no. This shop does have a variety of products and I know people who like this store. Not sure if I looked shady or this guy just had a bad day, but I probably wont be back here any time soon.

Just awesome it has everything seems like higher prices but when you add shipping plust ypur ffl charge they are well within online pricing and you have it in hand no waiting
