Bought a used Springfield m&p ar 5.56 with a warranty they wanted $649 pd $550 with red dot ! No forward assist no dust coverGot to shoot it 4 days later on Easter Sunday the gun jammed with a full mag of 223 bolt spring not strong enough to push round out of mag after 3 or 4 roundsStarted working 3 shots in now it jams trying to push the bolt open to reload same with 2 mags of 223?Same with 556 and now will not push round all the way in and lock bolt. charged me $150 to take back never again! found online new $399 $16 flat rate shipping if I wanted he would send in for repair the gun has lifetime warranty but would have to wait 3 weeks.ontarget says they check all used guns before sale to make sure they are.safe to fire and will refund full price if not happy with gun said they never heard of such a thing of restock fee owner At modern firearms said he doesn't have time to check out all used guns that's not very safe! Found new gun with dust cover and forward assist for $499 on line also new red dot same one $28 $16 flat rate shipping ! the way I look at it I overpaid by about $200 plus you charged me $150 plus tax just selling me a bad gun have a good day sir I took the $400 just to be done with you!! Ps it didn't Bother Me Too Much that I was overcharged for used gun I like to keep business local with small guys But when the gun wouldn't work at all I just wanted my refund and after what you did to me I have no faith in small guys anymore I will stick to the Internet and the big gun stores Feel free to contact me if you would like to refund my $150 plus the sales tax on the sale I would gladly remove this review! Response to your response you did not offer To check the gun out that's a lie you were going to put it in a Box and send it to the manufacture Because it was under a full warranty you said and I would have to wait 3 or more weeks for a gun you sold that you never checked out smh and I did try oiling the gun it was not dry and to say I was out drinking is another lie Everything you just posted is a lie ! And you never said any of that stuff to me so and to say I decided to get drunk instead lol people in milberg know that I barely drink at all i drink pop at the bar! so now everybody is going to no that you are just making up stories! I will give you one thing it looks like you are very good at making up amazing statements ! You are some piece of work! Why dont you make up a story why you would not give me back all my money! my offer still stands give me back the money I paid and you won't have to make up stories and I will take the review down!
