We were planning a big party for my daughters first birthday. Their equipment and products were suitable for our needs but when they gave us a delivery time of 12-4 I took the afternoon off. They didnt arrive until 7pm. The tent was saggy when he was done. We told him we had sprinklers but they managed to put a hole in our sprinkler anyway. When they picked up they ran into our front lawn tree. The worst part was that they refused to take responsibility for the damages they caused. Please dont use them. It was unbelievable how horrible this experience was. A month later and they have done nothing to resolve the issues.
