Their mission statement is not at all true, they didn't even go the extra foot for me let alone the extra mile. I walked in and the salesman did a good job with customer service, when I told him I was stationed in Michigan on military orders he went in the back and asked the manager how they could sell me a gun. After a few minutes he came back and said they would not sell me a gun and they seemed upset I wasted their time, I started looking around at parts (I build as well) and they wouldn't give me any attention what so ever (I was the only person in the store). They wouldn't even answer any questions or listen to me because I had an out of state ID. I know it is legal for me to buy anything I wanted to buy and since this visit i have purchased 3 guns from 2 other places down the road. Customer service and knowing their job has cost them and I give zero stars to the management for the disrespect.
