Younger guys are cool they'll help you with whatever you really need. The older gentlemen could care less, wanted to look at a rifle that was pretty expensive. I got looked at like i was crazy and asked if i was sure. Dont really think they value customer service since they know people will come to them since they are currently the only indoor gun ranger in lansing.

I bought my first handgun here and I had an easy and great experience! All the employees were friendly and helpful. Process was fast and Ill definitely continue going there

Nothing but negative experiences at the store.Been here probably five times and not once have I walked out with something other than range time on one occasion.that one occasion with the range there was a gentleman looking at a revolver in the sales areaand he told the associate he did not want it and the associate walked away to the point where the gentleman was able to put it in his waistband. He then tried to give the gun back after the attendant did not do his job and keep a track of the firearm. How does that even happen?The RSO in the range grills us on Firearms etiquette for about 10 minutes when we rented the range for 30. if you want to play 20 questions with each customer take them outside and see if they can disassemble the weapon if that's your standard but Jesus don't waste our time.Then I stopped in today to sell 2 firearms. the manager who looks at them tries to show me active GunBroker bids as if that matters.I didn't even bother to try to negotiate with him anymore because if you're not going to use completed items tab of GunBroker for a fair assessment you're just trying to rip people off.Do yourself a favor drive 3 or 4 minutes up the road to not just guns and never come back to this Gun shop. Total firearms keep their $1,300 Trump glock consignment that PSA sells for 900 new.

Great shop. The sales guy was very courteous with my noob questions and didn't pressure me to exceed my budget. In fact he recommended a less expensive gun that fit my needs better than the one I originally wanted.

The staff here are very knowledgeable and will absolutely take the time to help with everything you need. Their range instructors are experienced and on-point. All-around sportsmans shop.
