Don't trust them for your 2A needs

The customer service here is very poor. There's a person standing at the front door and I'm not sure what her purpose was. She didn't offer a greeting or ask what I was there to see. All she did was turn her nose up at me and looked away when I walked in the door. After about 10 minutes walking around, I finally got someone behind the counter to ask what I needed. I told him that I was looking for a snub nose 38. He condescendingly asked if I wanted an ammo or a gun and then he laughed at me. I guess he didn't know that snub nose referred to the barrel length not the length of the round. That's okay but not okay but still don't make the customer think that he's the idiot when you're the ignorant.

The customer service portion of this place by some of the men turned out to be very poor and on at least 3 different occasions! They didnt give receipts and claimed their machine during this time only processed pin transactions. They acted as if I were getting in the way of their having a great day. The line was extremely long and reception upon my turn very dry! The products are marked up 3x normal and It wasnt even the correct quantity available for the price. I after spending literally hundreds maybe a 1k or 2k will never go back to this place. And unless youre desperate, like its the last place on earth in the state, or county, I wouldnt recommend you going because youre going to be over charged, frustrated, and receive less of a product...time to be honest & quit showing loyalty to shops who dont care about the customers...

Just bought my third gun from here, was crazy busy just like all the other gun stores around. I see a bunch of negative reviews in the last 3 months obviously they haven't been to other gun stores during the pandemic. Even the big box retailers have a ticket wait system with 2 hour wait times just to see a gun and won't answer questions until your ticket is called. If you do buy a gun you will be delayed by the background check regardless where you go right now. I frequently go to many stores and have bought from other stores but I like the no bs buying experience here
