They didn't make a sale today, but they made a future sale today. The staff was very professional and courteous, and were very helpful in answering all of my questions. I will definitely be purchasing from them in the near future. Also to the employee I spoke with today, thanks for your service in the USMC.

Absolutely horrible. The worst customer experience that Ive ever had. The people who worked there were rude and treated us like we were criminals. The wait time was much longer than necessary especially considering that there was no one in front of us. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. I strongly recommend going to any place other than here

I don't know why this place isn't a complete 5 star. The people giving bad reviews HAVE to be trolls. My husband and I absolutely LOVE going to Recoil. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The ranges and shop are kept clean and nice. I've seen a couple lazy workers but all in all, this place is miles above the rest. Everyone's so friendly and even with all these weekend warriors from this virus thing, they keep the line moving, while giving each person a personal visit, answering questions and selling what stock is available with speed and efficiency
