These guys have always had excellent customer service. it seems the last 3 reviews are people that are to ignorant to see that on the website.... they are appointment only. dumb people leaving negative reviews.

Called about a shotgun found on Armslist, no reply. After a few days tried contacting directly though Armslist and the email on website. Neither have worked. I went in person to the store, nobody was there. The building has a different name, something personal defense. I don't know if he has since closed/moved or what
