Just drove past thier billboard on I-94 and was reminded of the less then impressive experience I had here. I had bought a used bow a week or two prior to stopping in. The d-loop broke on it and I had decided to take it in and get it replaced amongst a few other things I'd hoped to have done to it. The timing was off on the cams, draw length needed adjusting, couple arrows needed to be refletched, peep sight was a little twisted and I needed a quiver. I was thankful upon arrival they were able to take the time to work on these things at such short notice. The staff seemed very professional and knowledgeable up to the point where they started mocking my equipment amongst themselves right in front of me. Very discouraging to someone who cant own a firearm and who has a passion for the outdoors and looking to get back into hunting. I was hoping to gain a little knowledge of archery, my bow and some tips and tricks when it comes to bow hunting and if I made a good buy with the setup I just recieved. They were very helpful in getting my bow setup for the most part. We did run into a hiccup when setting the draw length. The string jumped the cam on a draw, when drawing down the bow stayed compressed and the string went limp falling off the safety release. A very unsettling feeling rushed over me at that moment... with a somewhat calm and quick response from the staff, they were able to get the bow back in working order with no harm done to the bow. I did walk out of there with one good tip from the staff and a functional bow which is a plus. Hopefully the staff catches wind of this and reminds them to be a little more mindful and open minded when it comes to others equipment and not just there own and there own personal preferences. It's almost an hr drive for me to this place, I think I'll spend the extra 45 min driving to St. Cloud or Fargo when I need work done on the bow. There are not a lot of choices around central mn as far as pro shops. Buisiness ethics such as these make it hard for an archer to trust the bow in the hands of others. The aspect of how hunting is challenging enough...

Jon checked my draw length, restrung my bow and provided all the accessories I needed for updating my bow fishing gear.I was really impressed with the customer service and their selection, lots of kids archery equipment there as well.
