Before the huge Kibble consolidation our experience with the Sleepy Eye store was 5 Star. Since then upper management seems to have applied noticeable amounts of pressure mainly to the older, experienced staff who have worked diligently though the years to earn our customer trust. It seems to me that Kibble management prioritizes short term financial gains over customer loyalty.
