This pleasant State Park has some great walking trails, beautiful scenery, and nice picnic spots.

Beautiful rolling hills, a serene peaceful lake, and spacious, wooded campsites make this park a nice visit this time of year. Despite only recently reopening to camping, trails and facilities were maintained and the park ranger came through often. It was not my first time here but it was sure nice to stay again. We took a map to mark the best campsites for next time.

Very quiet little state park. Beautiful hiking trail. Rustic swimming area with no real 'beach' per se. Fun day visit.
