Gary's Pawn & Gun

We purchased a $4000 safe and were told it would be delivered and bolted to the floor. Then when we called for delivery and bolting, we were told it would be an additional $450. The salesman asked us if our floors were concrete so he could let driver know for bolting. Delivery driver was great, professional and helpful. But as for Gina at Garys she was a different story. We called to let them know the driver did not bolt safe when he delivered. She told us it would be an additional $75. Which was never mentioned in the entire purchase and delivery process. At this point it was not about a measly $75.00, it was the fact we were flat out lied to. After paying over $4500 she would not cover a $75 bolt down? Really? She pretty much told me she was the owner and there was no one above her. I admit I was VERY upset when she insinuated, I was the liar, and her employee would of never NOT told me it was a $75 bolt down charge. Her employee was on speaker and not one, but 3 of us heard what he said. After she did return my call again, she refused to send driver out to bolt safe. If you still want to do business with Garys after reading this review, I suggest you record any verbal transactions, or you too will be a liar.

I went in today. I had no clue what I needed. I brought in the guns I had. They helped me find the correct shells and a cleaning kit. The nicest man walked me through how to disassemble and clean my guns. They also took two (the ones that needed more thorough cleaning) and cleaned them for me. I brought back the one I had cleaned and they double checked my work. When I say they went above and beyond, I mean it. I feel so much safer tonight. A million times thank you!!

I was misquoted a price in store that was lower than it should have been and with no prompting at all they honored it. Great, great people. Very knowledgable and helpful. I don't shop anywhere else! Also very military friendly.

I purchased an item from Garys and they adapted their schedule to meet mine as Im in the military....great place to shop.
