Had a catastrophic problem with my bow yesterday, busted the cam & module. Cant hunt till I get it fixed!Drove an hour to hunters hollow today, where I bought the bow to get repairs. They didnt have the parts in stock and would need to order them. I explained how I couldnt hunt, and lived an hour away! Jeremy the bow guy got busy and took a bow from the back, swap cam and module to get me back going. So happy bought some more arrows! I might kill a monster tomorrow just glad I have a chance too. Wish I could give H.H. more than 5 stars!!!

We were in need of a specific item and a little extra customer care. The selection provided what we needed, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had an awesome delivery experience. Hunters' Hollow helped us when we were in a pickle. We definitely recommend shopping with them for an awesome selection and experience!

I've been living in Oxford for about 5 years and made plenty of trips over to Hunters Hollow. They've got a great selection of firearms, ammo, and other outdoor products. The lower level employees are helpful and respectful. It really is a one stop shop for all of your outdoor needs. That being said, some of the older management and older employees are incredibly disrespectful towards younger customers. I have been ignored by employees, specifically those behind the gun counter, when asking for help finding ammunition and when I did receive help the employee was curt & visibly annoyed at being asked to point out the location of some ammo. Many of my college - aged friends have had similar experiences when asking for help from staff. Another time I went in to purchase a hunting license, and showed the cashier an digital copy of my Hunters Education permit that had been completed in Texas 5 years beforehand. An older manager began to yell at the cashier in front of me because he did not agree with her accepting the digital copy of my Hunters Ed permit & permit # as proof of completion of the course. The cashier had not back-talked the manager or been disrespectful in any manner. I attempted to intervene and calm the situation and was told off by the manager. It was an uncomfortable experience as a customer and downright disrespectful to the cashier. I'm not an expert on MDWFP rules about accepting digital copies as proof, but I do know that a TX hunter ed certification is valid in MS. It's entirely possible the manager was correctly following regulations in wanting to refuse acceptance of my digital copy as proof, and I've got no problem with that. My issue was with the way he approached the situation, which was appalling and similar to a toddler tantrum. The majority of my customer experiences here have been positive; conversely, the management and older employees that I have had interactions with are disrespectful and have made me wary of giving my business to a company that does not respect their employees or younger customers.
