I went in to exchange some insoles. The receipt clearly states a return policy, but the on duty manager ignored it. She proclaimed they could not take them back or exchange because her manager would bring trouble upon her head. I felt disgusted considering they were not gross, dirty or soiled. They were needed for a previous foot surgery and barely Warren. So, I called a previous manager to let her know what had happened. Kaneesha (mgr) reitterrated that hibbett's has a 100 percent 30day return policy as written on the receipt. After hearing the conversation on the phone, the manager change her policy. This is not a good place to shop. Go to Tupelo or anywhere. Pontotoc attitude sucks.

I like Hibbett's cause I can find what I am looking for there and not have to run all over Tupelo .
