I went in to get some shotgun shells for my dad, wasn't familiar with the store or the specifics of what I was after, I'm a 2A supporter, but am unfamiliar. I've been looking to purchase a firearm for a while, will not do so from here, very impatient and indifferent towards customers. I felt like I was wasting their time with my questions where stuff was, was not a good experience, will not go back.

Sold me two broken gun at $100 mark ups. They scratched up one of the guns trying to fix it, then they took $100 off the sale price when I went back to sell it back to them a week later because it was still broken. So they sold me a shotgun with a broken safety and a handgun with a messed up barrel, all at $100 mark up. Then bought them back for nothing (only had to sell them because they were broken) And most the workers are rude and condescending. Do NOT buy from these people. These people sell literally broken firearms, they should be shut down by the better business burrow

Everything from buying a firearm to buying accessories and ammo they are very knowledgeable about. The shooting range is great. They will really pay attention to you and genuinely care about their customers. Hard to find service like this in any company let alone a gun store. People need to realize they do not make their money off selling firearms as that would take quantity. They stay in business for their customer service and people coming back for accessories and ammo. Thank you pistols plus for helping my 8y year old learn to shoot and handle guns safely.

My wife and I went to the shooting range. She is a newbie, and the staff was excellent at showing her the basics, and explaining the safety issues. I was very happy with the service. We will be back.
