Called for information on what they specialized in as far as weaponry and was completely disrespected by the male representative because i asked about custom work for a Ruger LCP .380 .. the representative rushed me off the phone even when the subject of my inquisition switched to Shotguns & Tactical Rifles.. i wont cry racism but they sure didn't want my business clearly.. sad story for me, i was ready to purchase a custom AA-12 shotgun ..saved myself a headache and $800USD
