Hornady Manufacturing

I may be done with Hornady. I have used their products for quite a long time and love their products. After purchasing their reloading manual for $35, I found out of I paid $20 for their app, I would have received a free manual. When I sent the inquiry below I was informed they are unable to give access. This is just poor service. They could give access. They choose not to give access in an attempt to squeeze more out of the customer. Again, poor. It's time to find a vendor with great products and great service.I have been an avid shooter for years and run Hornady ammo in multiple firearms. I am new to reloading. Since i have been using Hornady's match grade ammo in my custom built 6.5 CM, i wanted to continue their products in reloading. I purchased the Hornady manualfor $35 through Amazon as my first purchase to aid me in my research. Later i found out you could download Hornady's reloading app for $20 and they would send you a manual. Is it possible to get full access to the app since I purchased the more expensive bookfirst?

Hornady makes some of the best equipment and ammo in the world. In my opinion, it is the BEST factory ammo and reloading supplies that money can buy. Accurate, consistent, dependable. The pics speak for themselves.
