In response to your reply, feel free to doubt me all you like. I literally bought a handgun at Scheels with that purchase card and ID, I'd be happy to show you the receipt if you'd like. Anyway, I am moving my review to 3 stars as a manager has since reached out to me regarding the poor customer service. I have applied for my new purchase permit and am awaiting it's arrival. I do not appreciate my last name being used in your response. Hopefully the person who responded to my initial review isn't the same manager whom I thought was trying to rectify the situation.

Purchased from deguns.netABSOLUTELY AWESOME experience!. Very fast to ship to my FFL. The communication was excellent. They even have a system that kept me updated all the way. I as a bit nervous at first, because the invoice I got emailed had commas where decimals should be, and vice versa....but a quick message and I found out a European company built their website or handled their processing or something...anyway, if you look at European numbers, they use a comma instead of a decimal to differentiate between dollars and cents. This was an absolutely perfect experience and I will definitely online shop with them again (I live WAY out of state, or I would visit their physical store).
