I feel like the woman, not sure if she is the owner or not, is not the best at customer service. Also it seems she seriously tries to give u as little as possible for yr merchandise. To bad its practically the only pawn in Artesia.

bought a used 9mm handgun for 155.00 had for awhile it shot ok needed a little money went to pawn it from were i got a month before the guy was very rude said he don't pawn that brand for more than 40.00 so what would you buy it back for he said 40.00 i pulled out my receipt that i brought with me and said you'll give me 40 but resale at 150 i told him like he tells everyone in his own words I WILL PASS and left i sold it to friend that same day for a 100 they need to change the name to Big Thief
