My family and I drove to store to potentially buy a double axle trailer..called inside so they could meet us outside to ask questions..was told after calling 3 more times for assistance while waiting in jeep...finally was told that we should of stood next to to trailers for help...while its 100 degrees outside, I told the manager that's ridiculous! My car was 1 ft away from trailer..my husband told me that he went in to get propane filled in iut 30lb canisters and that they had someone there to fill them but they weren't going to do it that day....VERY DISAPPOINTED in this business...so we took our business elsewhere..and wont ever go back!

I recently purchased a go cart for $500 that I tried to return to the store because it wouldnt run correctly with my 55 lb grandson The owners manual claims it will carry a 155lb person. From the first ride the kids had to push each other to get it going and got to use it less than 2 hrs. The store claimed that I had to call the Coleman warranty company to have any repairs done since they didnt do any returns on power equipment. I called Coleman and had it dropped off for the repairs. Almost 6 weeks later I got the call to pick it up. I get stuck with over $321 in repairs on a $500 item that never worked. They said its not warrantied because of a bad clutch. This thing was broken from day one and the store refused to have it returned. Ryan the manager, was zero help trying to solve this and failed to return any phone calls. This store shouldnt sell anything they cant back up DONT BUY ANY POWER PRODUCTS FROM THIS STORE IF YOU WANT TO HAVE ANY SUPPORT.

Gabriel is the best!!!! Give this guy a BIG promotion! He made our 1st experience wonderful with all his friendliness & charm!! The store is also very clean & tidy!! I highly recommend Big R of Rio Rancho!!
