Went with a group of guys for a bachelor party and found the entire experience to be top-notch. Most us were inexperienced with firearms but the staff made us feel totally comfortable and safe on the range. The gen selection was varied and kept things interesting and the range was in great shape. Special shout out to to Gary for all of his assistance and patience with our group. We will definitely be coming back!

In summary just a bunch of clowns who want your money only and will lie to your face to get it, no integrity, or ethics at all... even when they mess up take zero responsibility. DO NOT GO THERE!(if you have the time to read this I suggest you do, then make sure you avoid this place... you'll be happy you did)Went in there to test out a few handguns to see what I was going to buy with it being my first purchase... that part of the process went more or less okay, though you could tell they had favorite guns they seemed to gravitate towards instead of showing me what was actually out there.Then I decided to order a gun (at first I was just going to buy it online, but then decided they helped me out I will do the right thing and give my business to these guys). Ordered the gun on Sunday, they placed the order on Monday (makes sense) I was told it will be here by the end of the week. Called back Monday to confirm and was again told it was all placed and will be here Thursday or Friday. Wednesday I decided I want to put a light on it as well so I called these guys to get their input what they would recommend for a light something that would last and be durable, while I had them on the phone decided to ask about my gun again, and was told all good will be here Thursday or Friday.So I took Friday off from work so I could get the gun put on my Pistol Permit.Called Thursday afternoon just to confirm and they told me not here yet should be here tomorrow morning. Called Friday morning and was told 'not here yet should be here soon' so I waited and waited, and the County Clerks office closes at 5, so around 4PM I called them again, still not here... then they tell me 'our distributor realized our permit had expired on Tuesday so we had to update it it was not shipped out till Wednesday it will not be here today'That annoyed me because I was told 3-4 times it would be here Friday the whole time they knew very well it would not be. Not the fact that it was delayed that I understand but the fact that they LIED to my face more than once.Monday I decided I am done with these guys I no longer want this gun or to do business with them, called the store to cancel my order, and was just blatantly told 'no'. I explained what happened so then they agreed to cancel for a 20% restocking fee. (restocking fee? it wasn't ever stocked to begin with) so I decided I am not giving these guys $200 for lying to my face. Then he tells me 'store policy any special orders take 7-10 business days to come in'.Called my bank explained what happened and was ready to have them reverse the charge (because of course the store charged me up front) but then I realized by doing that I would be at the same sketchy level as these guys so I decided to just finish the transaction.Finally the gun came in on the following Tuesday, I got it registered, and came into the shop to pick it up, I was treated as if I had the plague... no one acknowledged I was even in the shop, when they did its as if they just wanted me out... boom boom knocked out the paper work and sent me off.I wasn't going to write this review, but then I went to my gun club and told the guys about my experience with the Firing Pin, and seems like 95% of the guys there hate the firing pin... apparently giving out wrong information is a habit of theirs, and over all just bad after bad story from the guys at my club.They have personally lost me as a customer for life, I will never go back to this place again, period.

First time visitor from out of state. Great experience and friendly staff. They made it a point to quickly correct another customer's safety violations which made me feel much safer shooting there. Ammunition was expensive for the range but the firearm selection was nice. I will be back!
