Rude! Doesn't deserve the 1 star even

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I purchased a crossbow and drove 10 minutes home took it out and saw that the string was completely frayed. Drove 10 minutes back to the store walked in thinking they would just replace the string since I had only just purchased it. They asked what happened and in their reply they asked Well what did you do to it? In which I replied that I drove it home in my completely empty carpeted trunk. So obviously before we purchased it and the man went to go uncock it, he must have hit it in the back and then tried to put it back together so we didnt see it because we completely looked it over before he took it in the back. What gets me is that the other guy started getting nasty blaming me for doing it, but why would I damage something that I purchased? My favorite quote from him was just give him his money back hes not worth it. This store and you sir are not worth it!! Your better off going to Dicks or Walmart anyways because Im saving $50 instead of keeping that piece of junk.

Not my favorite place to shoot. Unfriendly staff. Yes you have to sit to shoot rifle. Yes you are only allowed 5 rounds. As far as the range officers they are hit or miss I have had good and bad experiences.Mostly good over the last year.Also you will not find another 100 yard indoor range any close by the facility is clean. they do have a large inventory of firearms.

It has been a month since I purchase my rifle and I must say it was a good choice Mossberg Lever action and the Store in Goshen. After filling out my paperwork from having a good conversation with the perfect gentleman behind the counter with my class 101 question. He handle them with so much patience and didn't make me feel I didn't belong as a woman or being of color. I came back the next day; missed out on the Savage rifle had no choice but to pick a Mossberg Lever rifle light in weight and I love it. I notice the first day I came to Davis Goshen location it was maybe 4 women but the next day there were a lot of women waiting on line outside the store word got out how understanding and patience the men behind the counter were to the women. They came back with friends to purchase.Most stores gives us a hard time or don't have the patience to want to explain about the guns or pull rifle off the shelf so you can feel its weight in you hands. So Thank You to This location for being who you are 'Teachers showing which guns is good for your needs and what weight you can handle' and with the patience for us women alone not knowing the right question to ask. Came here because they had the gun I really wanted. Very glad I did. Exceptionally fair priced. Total disclosure, it was my first, and they made it super easy. Guided me through every aspect of acquiring, from sling to bag. Wayne was fantastic. Took me out back to their range after to break it in. Wow! The range. Largest indoor I've ever seen. You could shoot a sniper rifle in there! Will absolutely be coming back for scope and to practice. Thanks to all.
