My experience was a little rough at first but the GM was willing to try and do what was needed to make us happy. We were able to get a deal worked out and pick up a certified used Ram 1500. My problems are that the certified used trucks battery died 3 days after I got it home so that was 200 bucks I wasnt expecting to spend (their dealership is an hour away from my house so I couldnt just drive my truck up there in that condition. The Zappone closer to my house couldnt look at the truck till after the holiday, so 4 days away). Also I got a Ram with the Ram boxes. When I got it home I noticed that there is body panel separation on the driverside Ram box. This is something I wouldnt expect to find on a certified used truck. It is another expensive fix I will have to probably eat to not get more damaged from the snow in the winter due to the improper seal. I am giving them 2 stars due to the expenses I have and am going to incur that I wouldnt expect from the added expense and peace of mind you are supposed to get from buying a certified used vehicle.
