I reached out them on via Instagram, where I was told to call a cell phone number. The number belonged to a Ms. Denine Timlin. Due to the covid 19 situation and everything being closed, she was able to get me some help anyways with my purchase. She told me to ask for Jonathan and he would assist me. When i got there, I was told, customers cannot touch anything for cross contamination reasons which is totally understandable. Jonathan listened to all my questions and concerns, and gave me great feedback and answers. He is also very knowledgeable about the LEOSA ID's. He showed me a few handguns that again, I wasn't able to touch. He was very hands on with the showing, comparisons etc... Thank you guys for making everything so easy and painless. You have gained a new faithful customer

I went Into this store today with a friend who was purchasing his first firearm. With all the pandemic talk going on needless to say, the store was jammed packed. I've never seen a gun store so busy. Even with all the chaos (totally controlled chaos) Denine, who helped us, was fantastic. She handled the crowds with both authority and kindness and it was very admirable. At one point I couldnt help but compliment her on her patience. I've worked in retail since I was 14 and I know how crazy it can be at times but she kept her composure and made every single person in the store feel welcome and even rattled off the occasional joke which was much appreciated. She was answering questions from many people who you can tell had minimal firearm experience but never once was condescending. I would DEFINITLEY recommend shopping at this establishment and I intend on returning even if it's just to pick up a box of .556 and say hello! Hang in there with this craziness Denine, you're a rock star!

came to this shop to Get a T/C Compass Hunting Rifle, One of the Best shops Around And the Staff is Great and Helpful!I didnt Get the TC But I will definitely Go back to this Shop close to Hunting Season!Thank you!
