Went in for help with a scope on a rifle. I told the older gentlemen in the back with white hair and glasses that I had swapped the rings around after having issues of zeroing it in. Just after I told him i did it, he made me feel useless and not knowing what im doing. I dont know if the scope is bad or not. He said again the rings are backwards. I told him again I swapped them around and never shot it after. I just would bring it to a shop to help me out. Nope he said he dont carry anything for this. Seemed like he wanted nothing to do with me. Made me feel like I was beneath him. Probably will never take another gun there for help. I have sighted many scopes in gor long range to a .22. Have mule deer to prove a long range shot on a scope i mounted. I hate when ppl make you feel belittled..

Older Gentleman with white hair and glasses was very rude to me and my family! I went in with my brother and his son to help them pick out a rifle. (I'm an Army war veteran with over 20 years of service). He was obnoxious, put his hand up in my face and said I was not needed and to step away! (We were all wearing masks). Needless to say they were very uncomfortable and did not purchase a rifle. I do have to say that someone else did step in to help my brother with his shotgun issue and were very polite and extremely helpful. If you are new to guns, stay away from the older man, he was condescending to the couple after us too....

Purchased a ruger mini 14 a few weeks ago from DSI and the experience was great, even during these trying times!! Yesterday I took a lesson with Rob, to learn my new rifle. His knowledge, attention to detail and overall attitude was absolutely amazing!!! The lesson was relaxed and I was made to feel that it would last until I was completely comfortable with the rifle. Thank you to Rob and the rest of DSI for a great experience!

Great shop and range. This is a very nice range to go to as it is cleaner and more high tech than most. The shop has a lot to offer. The staff know their stuff and will help guide you to find the perfect gun for you.
