This was a terrible experience, I was charged $500 for no reason after driving 2 hours ours out of the way, by a spiteful employee. Not allowed to leave the Uhaul trailer at any other Uhaul location. I dont understand why Uhaul works with a company like this. I will never use uhaul again. I do not recommend ever dealing with this company. No one pics up the phone, no customer service. They will mess with you. Stay away
