This place is the best! I cant say enough good things about them. Ive been a customer for about 10 years and I wont shop anywhere else. Whether youre an expert, familiar with guns, or a complete noob everyone will feel right at home. The staff are true allstars and the owner is a salt of the earth type of guy. If I moved across the country I would still buy everything from them and have it shipped.

I honestly cant shop anywhere else. Allstar Tactical has the most knowledgeable and friendly staff I have ever dealt with. Their products are second to none. They sell other brands as well and if there is an issue with it they will troubleshoot it and if it needs to go back to the manufacturer they will do that. Most places wont troubleshoot it and will just send it back to the manufacturer. These guys are so friendly even if youre a noob to guns. They will make you feel comfortable, not rushed and walk you through everything. The owner is a very down to earth guy and actually cares about his staff, customers, and products. I really cant say enough good things about them.

Sold me a broken rifle recommend by one of their staff, had it in their shop multiple times, given multiple different stories, finally gets shipped back to the manufacturer. Before it goes back I ask about my $300 worth of aftermarket parts on the rifle, Im assured theyll be removed and stored at the shop. I then ask for updates and warranty info and agree to have it sent back for repair. Couple weeks go by no updates or warranty info even though I reach out multiple times and am told they will send it and get an update. Finally I go to the shop to get the warranty info, Im told the rifle was shipped and received (never updated me), I then ask for my parts to be returned so I can keep them at my house for safekeeping. Their staff looks at each other confused and cant find my parts, they then informed me they were sent back with the rifle, the complete opposite of what they told me originally and never once though to update or confirm it was ok with me to send them back. I later found out that they didnt even take an inventory of the parts before sending them back with the rifle, now they would have zero clue if anything was missing when the rifle was returned. I get in touch with the owner who assures me he will figure it out and have his team work on it. A week goes by, no updates. I email the owner again and he tells me they will have their guy reach out to manufacturer. I wait two more days, no update. I call the shop and am told they never got one but would get one and call me back that day. Wait all day and get no phone call. The next day I call again and am told this time that the manufacturer isnt responding to their attempts at contact and they dont know what to do. At this point theyve refused to give me a refund multiple times, so they basically are saying they have no answers and no remedies for an issue between their shop and the manufacturer they do business with. I wait a few days and decide to reach out to the manufacturer directly to see if I can get a response. I emailed them at 9 in the morning and within 15 minutes the manufacturer had replied and begun investigating the situation. Within an hour the manufacturers customer service team had called me, briefed me, and sent me pictures of the rifle and parts. This is all after Allstar claimed they couldnt get in contact with them. I find it very hard to believe that Allstar who sells a bunch of their firearms couldnt get in touch with them but a complete stranger contacting them through their website contact link was able to get in touch almost immediately. The rifle is sent back to Allstar and of course is missing one of my parts, they agree to order me a new one, I leave and go to the range to test it. Same exact issue happens again, so I call Allstar and their response it that its between me and the manufacturer now. Luckily the manufacturer has been great in their handling of the situation but beware Allstar has horrible customer service and business ethics.

Professional staff, knowledgeable and courteous. I will happily continue giving them my business. One minor complaint....you may wish to consider changing the music we must endure when on hold for 5 minutes or longer. It is very irritating.

Excellent customer service! I ordered a WASR10 and Allstar Tactical served as my FFL. Cameron was very helpful and made the process extremely easy. The firearm had to be modified to be NY compliant and they work done was superb. I highly recommend this gun shop!
