Although I did not purchase my first firearm from them(my mistake) they have been extremely helpful with me as it pertains to being a new gun owner as well as firearm safety...they take the time to explain things in English while treating you like family...I actually live in Hempstead living closer to two other gun shops and there is a reason I drive to Rockville Center...Mrs Donna and family treat you as one of their own...they are currently fixing one of my firearms and Ill be back for more...Count on it
