I have only bought guns from this store for the past 8 years and as a particular person who bases Earned Merit through delivery of positive and evidenced based measurable mix of genuineness and helpfulness to a customer base. The store Manager is about as personable and caring about what he does and that is reflective in the store and he is why I have only given my hard earned American dollars to this store. The owner os accessible and as predictable as victimized micro aggressive posturing in negative reviews without assuming any personal bias or self creation of a bad experience because maybe some of them habitually bad review as a reflection of projected self loathing, maybe, I dont know but its my educated guess. Marinate on it and be honest even its just with your own sub conscience. Dont take and spread the base of a virulent negativity predicated on habitually misinterpreting or micro interpreting as every finger lifted, look or not looking as a slight to you, it turns out I fact checked whether or not the world revolves around my FIRST WORLD problems and you know what I came back with? To my chagrin, it doesnt. I was shocked. This is a small business so stop attacking it and the owner as if he is a Jeff Bezos and duffle bagging cash with a sinister laugh, mocking the small town folk of Asheville. The owner, the managers as well are solid human beings and it translates into their work and a positive but maybe sometimes reality and facts may give some little feeling boo boos but its truly not that at all. I understand that the coronavirus has made the store limit its occupation capacity.What I don't get is the unfriendly response that the staff has to give. I was told by the staff that I couldn't enter with my daughter. That they are over capacity right now. So we waited outside for people to leave . After two people left we tried to re-enter the store and once again told that we cannot enter just yet, but while standing outside and waiting on them to give us a response to come in. They allowed three other people into the building.If you are trying to get your child in the firearms. I do not recommend this store. They seem to treat anyone with a child with disrespect. They clearly didn't want me to bring my child into the store to look around. I'm disappointed in the customer service I had received in previous times oh, but this was just the icing on the cake. I don't see myself returning to this store. They have clearly shown to me that they are not a family-friendly facility.Whether or not you believe that a child should be allowed into a store like this is up to you. But for me I want my child to understand Firearms so that way they're not afraid to be around them and that way they hold them with respect.
