Idols Gun Rack

I buy all my ammo here! These people are awesome, patient, and understanding! I even bought a gun online, had it shipped there,and they helped me unbox it to check for damages. Great people and business! Love this place!

Thought Independence day would be a good day to buy a gun (right?). Called to make sure they were open, but message said if I was getting the message then they were helping another customer...nothing about holiday closing. That's fine. Look on the website, says it is open today and nothing about holiday closing. That's great. Drive up there and find a sign on the door saying they will be closed on the 3rd and 4rd. The problem is you have to drive to this establish to find this information out. Not ideal for sure. I've talked to them on the phone before and they are nice, but seeing as it is a retail customer driven business you'd think they would let customers know about their holiday hours. I guess it's a misconception to think a gun store would be open on Independence Day. Their hours on Saturday end at 2pm, in my opinion perfect timing to get rid of some guns and go home and celebrate the holidays. :(

I have bought 4 handguns and an Ak from this place. I am a dread headed black man and they always treated me with courtesy and respect... I had them order me a m&p 2.0 which they said would take a few days and then they called the next day saying it was ready for pickup... The gun rack will always be first choice on my list

Been in few times to give them a shot. Every time its the same thing, people are rude, cant seem to be bother to even greet you. Just hope they are not talking to someone they know because they will like you are not even in the store!

Have made a couple purchases here. Great people, friendly, EXPERIENCED and easy to work with.
