Poor customer service spoke to representative on phone told me bolt work I wanted done was 2 to 3 days after traveling 2 hrs to leave gun was now informed 10 days to 2 weeks told representative there wanted to speak to gun smith as soon as possible they did not contact me at all after day 12 I contacted them told my gun was next up the following day no calls came again after I expressed concern to talk to gun smith after dat 15 called again made excuses on why gun not looked at or phone call made to me I traveled 2 hrs again to pick up my gun untouched. Told they were 10 days out to do a simple job just to fix my bolt handle .representative told me nothing but excuses.will never recommend them nothing but lies told to me .if you run a customer based service and you tell people 2 to 3 days grea t but after 15 days excuses wow

Very satisfied with my rifle after the pros at Stumpies did their magic to it. They applied the OD Green cerakote on the handrail and installed it for me. Top rails aligned perfectly, feels great, looks great, matches all furniture OD Green great...it's freaking great. Already banged it around training and at the range also and not a blemish yet. Will take all gunsmith necessary work to them from now on. Matching slide on my pistol maybe......
