My husband and I purchased a pistol from there last Thursday. We looked on the shelves but didn't see the ammo for it were it was a label. After we had made our purchase, we saw the ammo on a shelf at the very front of the store as we were leaving. No one mentioned this; not the sales person who assisted us nor the clerk who took our payment and completed the paperwork. We had waited in line so long and did not want to have to wait again. We went back the very next day to get the ammo and a clerk told us that the ammo was only available to people who purchased a gun. My husband told her that we had made a purchase just the day before and her reply was, 'Well, you had the opportunity to get it then.' Not only do I feel that she was rude but unprofessional as well. Needless to say, we will not be shopping at Perry's anymore!

Very disappointed when my fiance called inquiring about a gun, they were extremely rude and had no tack when talking with him! The guy was very gruff and rude to him on the phone! Stay away folks you get better service at Gunrunners in Raleigh!

I have purchased from this dealer before with no issues. Called recently to ask a simple question and what I believe was the owner/manager was very rude. No matter how busy a business gets theres no reason to be rude to customers, especially when you don't know who the customer is and how much money they are willing to spend. I will go to Springhill Outfitters.
