Wow the negative comments blow my mind... Of course someone always has to complain about something. Well let me say this about the guys over at Cut'Em Down waterfowl. The customer service is outstanding to say the least, super fast shipping, products that you hardly can't find and when you do, these guys are way less expensive. I have bought from these guys for over 3 years, not only on Ebay but also on Amazon. And I constantly get emails sent to me with gratitude and thanks. So hit these boys up, they have been in the business for a long time & you just can't beat the excellent customer service.

I ordered a Banded Pathfinder jacket and watchcap from Cutemdown. Initially I thought everything was good was sent a email the next day that the package was sent. On the day the package was shown delivered I didnt get it. I tried to work with Fed Ex to trace it. They said they showed it was delivered. And it was probably delivered to the wrong address. And to contact the seller and have them file a insurance claim. I contacted them they said they would file a claim. Then when I contacted them the following week they said they couldnt file a claim because it showed it was delivered. I contacted Fed Ex again and FedEx said they could but they had to file the claim from the sellers side. So at this Point I am out $184.00 and it looks like no ability to get my money back other than wait as my bank files a claim which will take months. Once they have your money they have no interest in correcting problems that arise. If you are looking to buy banded gear do yourself a favor spend an extra few dollars and buy it from Amazon!
