Went in to buy a gun, there was three guys standing talking we waited for then to talk to us they ignored us. Then they took care of another man that came over after us. When we walked to front of them they still did not react so we just ask about the gun we were looking for. He said it was not in stock we ask if it was going to be the guy had no idea and did not attempt to look or even look to check price of gun. I'm really disappointed in the visit.I have never had bad experiences here before. And if that is how they want to treat people I will not return with my business. I will take my business else where.

Just wanted to give a shout out to the guys at Outdoor Chesterland. We have purchased a couple ARs and multiple hand guns , included a beautiful Kimber we purchased yesterday. Great pricing , Great Selection, and the service they provide is outstanding! Cant say enough about the positive experiences weve had every time we walk in. We will be back soon!
