Good luck getting someone to answer the phone, Florence store has a couple of employees that have no business handling firearms, witnessed multiple employees handing firearms to people without checking to see if they were loaded, and also walking away while people had the firearms, purchased a firearm and was told my conceal carry didnt qualify for an ID, not only does it qualify but it speeds up the background check process. Check went delayed because the kid did not listen, Jon is great but there are some younger guys that need some serious training handling firearms, and also product training.

I don't see why there are so many negative reviews, especially from those don't seem to have a good knowledge handling firearms. It is always good practice to follow safety rules. Everyone I met there was professional and knowledgeable. The firearm prices are on the higher end, but it saves all the hassles of doing FFL transfer. They do have some nice stuffs in store and on sale from time to time.

3 weeks after an order they told me it would be in soon and it was backordered. After 4 weeks they told me it was out of stock and cancelled it. On another order they told me I had to pick it up in Blue Ash. I got an email saying it was ready. The clerk got it and told me I couldn't have it because I was from Kentucky. They said the website let me order it because 'I should of known that I couldn't get in from Ohio when I was from Kentucky'. I offered to pick it up from Florence. They said the regional manager used to drive items from store to store but he was tired of doing that. They told me I had to pay $75 to ship the item that was right in front of me to Florence if I wanted it.
