I visited this range for the first time yesterday in a group of 3. It took a while to be acknowledged but when we finally were, we were helped by nice staff who passed us along to a guy named Tim at the range rental counter. To say that TIM was RUDE would be a complete understatement. His lack of professionalism & interpersonal skills was enough for me to ask my party did they want to just leave & go to another establishment. He made us all feel very uncomfortable, unwelcomed, & put a damper on the start of the outing. However, they did have a saving grace by the name of Damien. He was helpful, knowledgeable of weapons & he also had a very patient demeanour with a willing spirit to assist. He smiled & joked and if there is a reason we return, Damien is it. Thanks to him the day was saved and we had a great time!

I was in town from Chicago Shoot Point was down the street from my hotel. I came for the range and thoroughly enjoyed myself. The place was clean. The range was awesome and the staff was very friendly. Even walked away with a 1000 round case of 9MM ammo for a great price. Would definitely come here again when I visit family.

Not great if you want to sight in rifles. Range is only about 20-25 yards maximum. The benches in each firing lane are about 2.5 feet from the ground and no chairs or stools are provided. You have to bend over, squat, or kneel if you want to use the bench to rest the rifle. You'll have a better time if you want to fire handguns or carbines that are comfortable to handle while standing.

Walked in and waited 30 minutes, no help. Not even a hello or welcome. Won't be back.

Very nice range and easy check-in process. This range really needs a seperate range for AR-15 and shotguns. The noise in this place at times can be unbearable, ever with ear protection.
