He is exceptionally courteous and has all the right equipment. He took care not to damage my lawn, let alone doors and walls! He is pricey, but you must consider the cost for insurance, equipment, and the exceptional labor. We also needed help with our safe lock. He offered to take it to Ace Lock and Key, where they filed down bars that where getting caught when opening and I told him to go ahead and replace the lock with a digital. Chip took advantage of a dry day and showed up to the home ready to get the safe at least to the back patio. I pulled in and told him it was absolutely fine to go ahead and finish the work. Im very satisfied and impressed with his ability to handle that safe!
