Had a Gun held was on my way to pick up and it was sold before I made it there. Terrible customer service. Called to ask about how this could happen and was hung up on.

We took our Grandson there for an archery lesson but was told they don't have them in July. We started to leave and the gentleman told us to come in back and he would go over the basics with him. He gave some instructions and let my Grandson do some shooting. I was so grateful. That was very nice of him!

I just got home and couldnt update my review fast enough. Today I went in looking to buy some arrows. After selecting the ones I needed I asked if I could get them cut. Drew (the store manager) told me to put them back. At first I was confused but then he comes out of the back and gave me a box of the same arrows I was going to buy FOR FREE!!!! I was just going in for arrows but I ended up buying a stabilizer and a quiver (for my wife)as well. Im going to keep coming back to this shop. Im going to make it my exclusive bow shop! Also staff was super friendly. A lot of smiling and asking if I needed anything. I have to say Im glad I came in to the shop and gave it a fair chance. You have my business 100%
