I was in a situation and Mark went above and beyond helping me out. I have also had the opportunity to observe Mark deal with other customers and based on those observations it seems to me that he puts his customer's interests first. Listen to what he tells you, it might just save you some serious money.

Excellent individual to work with and talk to. Very informative and helpful. Answered my text message on google within minutes. Made an appointment to see me for the following day. Helped me with my problem and answered all my questions. Gave me information which opened up a lot of options.
