High prices and poor service! I purchased my last two firearms from H&H even though the prices were higher than what I found at other locations. I was told that part of the reason they were higher was that you received a lane pass that's good for three free lane rentals per firearm purchase. After both purchases, I had to drive back to H&H because they had forgotten to give me my pass (even after I reminded the salesperson multiple times during my second purchase). At no point did they tell me that it would expire after 30 days. Today I went in for my third of six free lane rentals and was turned away by Charles G. who wouldn't even give me my card back so that I could see what he was talking about. The moral of the story is DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! There are plenty of great stores in the Oklahoma City area that have better deals and better service.

Went in right before the virus started to purchase a gun. I explained that I have never owned a gun before and wanted info on guns and any recommendations. The guy was pretty rude and he didn't help at all so I just left.

Great selection and prices on guns. Salespeople are knowledgeable and helpful.

Dropped off a rifle for fit and install of a new barrel on February 27, 2020. I was told it should be completed around April 15, 2020. It is now June 23, 2020. I went to the store and asked for my rifle back. It took about 30 minutes for someone to locate it and when they did it had been disassembled, but no real work done. My advise, if you need gunsmith work, go somewhere else. They want to use the COVID pandemic as an excuse, but they've been open the whole time and even if they weren't letting customers in, it doesn't stop them from servicing the weapons that people had given them to work on. H&H is notorious for 'misplacing' guns. I've seen them tell customers to come back in a day so they can 'find' your gun. Big store, poor management. Actually had one employee tell me re-barrels take up to 6 months. If I had known it would be longer than 45 days I'd have taken my rifle somewhere else.

This place wont sell you ammo unless they can have your name, address and phone number!! Guy at the counter asked for ID when buying ammo, gave him my ID, then notice he was looking at it and typing on his computer. Asked him what he was doing, said he was taking down my name and address, and would also need my phone number. I told him I dont give out my information. He then told me they wont sell me ammo unless I give it to them. I can buy ammo literally anywhere else with out even being asked for an ID let alone asked for all my personal information! That was my first and last time to visit H&H.
