Super friendly, excellent service.

I brought my rifle in to get fixed at Shawnee Outdoors and it was left there for 3 days after one of the employees said it would be done. I came back up when the gunsmith was actual present and he said he would get it fixed the same day. The gunsmith charged me for labor, but didnt fix it. When I got home with the gun my husband noticed the plunger was missing. I had to go back up to get the plunger and a different employee handed me the plunger didnt even offer to put it back on, the lady pretty much tossed it at me and I asked for a refund since they didnt fix it and they denied. I spoke with the manager and she claimed that the gunsmith has always did a good job and knows what he is doing, but why is my gun dirty? She said the gun wont be spotless? Really when I clean my guns theyre spotless. I am so disappointed in this place. I feel like they took advantage of me because I am a female. I sure hope that nobody else experience this.

Great place for ladies to shoot. Ladies shoot free, the staff is helpful & knowledgeable & there are several lanes on which to shoot. It would be nice if it was heated in the winter as it was quite cold in there. But overall it is an all around great place. Ive been going there for years.

Awesome customer service. Levi and Austin were very helpful. Solved my problem quickly. Cant say enough great things about them.
