I live in Bend Oregon and ordered a fishing rod online to pick up in store at sportsmens Medford location. I get off work, load my kids in the truck and drive 3 1/2 hours to Medford to pick my rod up. I tried to have the rod shipped but said I had to pick it up in store, anyways I get there and the manager and the front desk lady had no clue what they were doing and told me that it wasnt there, they told me they couldnt do anything and when I asked if I could get my money back they said that was hard on them and told me I should just contact customer service. Sad that nothing was resolved and the disrespect sportsmens warehouse treated me and my family. I was really excited about the rod and have been shopping there for along time, not anymore.

Sportsman's usually had a good product selection. Store is always clean and the folks who work there are fairly knowledgeable and courteous. I wished they stocked more big and tall sizes.
