Ordered a magwell and six base plates. Paid through PayPal, called yesterday to confirm order, and was contacted today only to be told that they will be refunding my money and the product may or may not be defective. Now they've sent the refund through PayPal but I won't receive it for up to eleven days. That's $238 just sitting on limbo because these guys didn't have their act together.

Need to pin and weld flash hider on my barrel. Even though I bought a name brand part Springer needed to re-tap my parts before it could be installed. extra work and no extra charge, and the quality was above expectation.
