Terrible customer service as their Aero Survival Pistol. Only about 300 rounds passed through, safety is gone, stovepipe repeatedly or one trigger pull fires 2-4 rounds. Took apart and every damn part inside is so beaten up, kinda looks like those parts shouldn't be put together in the first place. Contacted TNW by email, no response for 10 days, even shows that email was open the very next day it was sent.

I purchased the ASP Tactical in 10mm. Delivery was fast (out of state purchase). I ordered the Dark Earth color and received a goldish color..hmmm. I called and they absolutely agreed to make it right. I happened to be in their area and they agreed to swap out for the correct color. We met and they informed me I indeed did have the Dark Earth!! Even though I did get what I ordered they swapped me out for black!. Huge Thank You!! Excellent customer service! Thank you Chris, Nick and all the TNW team!!The trigger takes some getting used too. So consider getting the 'Match Trigger'. The other review complaints of malfunction, I can't speak to. My ASP Tactical ripped 100 rnds flawlessly. To break in, I heavily oiled (CLP) and zero malfunctions. I then fully broke down and cleaned. Using normal (light) oil/CLP I ran 50 more rounds, 3 boxes of ammo with zero malfunctions. Great pistol! I will be ordering another in 9mm/.40.

Beware of this company....they only post the 5 star reviews on their website. I wrote a 'less than 5 star' review for their Aero Survival Rifle and the company didn't post it!

I purchased a TNW ASR from Cabelas. Before shooting it for the first time I purchased two mags and 250 rounds. I had about $900 in the gun. I went to shoot it for the first time and got stove pipes about every third round. I promptly sent it off to TNW for repair and i was told that once they recieved the gun that it would be approximately a 5 day turn around. A little over three weeks after the gun arrived at TNW I received it back and got a few mags through it before i once again started to have the same problem but just not as severe as the first time shooting. At this point i just wanted to get my money back for what i consider to be an unreliable 9mm carbine. The one year warrenty only covers repairs and shipping cost. I didnt want to send it off again and have them work on it because i just did that and it took almost a month and it didn't get completely fixed. I got this gun because of all the good reviews on it, maybe i just got the lemon. Although the people at TNW sounded nice on phone, they told me on 5 seperate occasions that someone would call me back, it never happened. I sold the gun to a gun shop for 350$. Yes TNW offered to fix it or replace it, but given the circumstances i did not want the ASR. This gun and TNW caused a lot of frustration. It felt as if i was being brushed under the rug. Very Respectfully, Andy
