Staffed by the most self-righteous individuals I have ever met. I had the pleasure of being told for about 3 minutes that my firearm choices are inadequate based on the subjective opinion of the fellow behind the counter. This charming exchange was unsolicited and came as a result of me making the mistake of asking to see a weapon. Aside from being staffed by cool guys sporting awesome customer service skills, the selection is mediocre and overpriced. I will never patronize this establishment again.

ALL ONLINE GUN ORDERERS READ! Take your business else where, avoid yourself the aggravation! While I try to support local businesses, I have given up on this local FFL. I will NEVER do business @ this establishment EVER! 1st experience was dealing with wrong hours posted on door & working schedule around their spur of the moment unposted change in schedule. 2nd firearm I picked up, I was told by the worker they don't like people like me for purchasing a gun online less then what they could. He said I was responsible for putting places like Eastern Arms, out of business. If their prices were more affordable & were competitive, I would purchase directly from them. If you dont want to earn the $25 transfer fee, then remove yourself!Despite my previous experience, I tried a 3rd time because it is local to me & convenient. Just called Eastern Arms to be told my gun was returned to the shipper & I should have called them to make sure they were accepting online gun sales. Money doesnt come easy so I make my hard earned $ go as far as it can. I find amazing firearms deals online, getting them shipped to my local FFL for pick up. I should not be penalized for being a savvy consumer. I will travel out of my way to another location to pick up my firearms & supplies from now on. I wont even contribute the transfer fee to this establishment. I have been mistreated & insulted one too many times. Avoid yourself the frustration, go somewhere else!

Staff was not friendly and made everyone remove their mask before entering. They did not let us inspect the fishing bait before we purchased it. I will not be returning.

Terrible customer service. Never had a worse experience in my life, zero stars.
