been there several times and each time the young kids seem to get more and more rude. they need to teach these young people skills or they are going to lose business. no one wants to deal with young people who have no customer service skills and lack knowledge. I will not be returning.

Any other time Ive been here they were ok. Service is a little slow but I get it....they are a busy store. Tonight was different. I stood there waiting to look at a gun, the very young boy behind the counter knew I was waiting to look at a gun. He proceeded to take as long as he could wrapping up with the last customer and bs-ing with him just so at 8:00pm he could say I got a lot of stuff to do and we are closed now I was there at 7:30 just to look and got no help from anyone else working there. Ive bought several guns and ammo from them but Ill take my business elsewhere from now on.

So I had a great experience here. I was treated respectfully as an out of state buyer and I appreciated that greatly.I was treated so well that I felt compelled to buy 3 guns Id been looking at for awhile, just to show my appreciation. I also found ammunition at a great price.Found everything I wanted priced reasonably and the store was decently well stocked and organized. The young man even helped me to my car with my purchases. Every time Im in this part of PA Im coming here to buy. I was so glued to the gun part of the store that I didnt get a chance to explore the hardware portion or archery portion. Youll just love it.
