Staff was great. I'm relatively new to the sport and Bob was incredibly helpful. He patiently answered all my questions and explained some things I didn't know to ask - he even offered a few useful shooting tips. He seemed genuinely concerned with helping me find the right gun, and after shooting I couldn't be happier with it. *** FOLLOW-UP: Since I bought this shotgun ~6 weeks ago I've put a few hundred rounds through it. I like it more every time I shoot it. After a short 'adjustment' period (going from semi to O/U) I started seeing an increase in my scores. More importantly though I am a lot more comfortable with this gun, which makes shooting even more enjoyable. Thanks again, guys.
