Terrible customer service. They screen you before you go in (understandable given covid) but then ignore you to wait on the next customer that they know. I had to wait until they finished a background check on another customer. Keep in mind, there are 3 employees and 3 customers. The only case with handguns and that is where they decide to conduct background checks instead of using one of the other three empty cases. Needless to say, I should not have to wait just to browse what they had, I actually had called Friday about a Wraith they had. That was a $1500. gun I was considering. The gun they sold that I had to wait for, less than $400. This was my first time in and I wont be back.

I went there to buy ammunition for my 9mm handgun yesterday. I was told they were holding the supply for people who bought guns from there. I can see it to an extent, but a dollar is a dollar. They didn't want mine, not planning on going back there with many other places around.

Made two appointments, didn't meet either deadline, didn't communicate, didn't apologize. I received poor service and would not recommend this business if you value your time.

This is the best firearm shop I have been to in the greater Harrisburg area. The customer service is excellent, the selection is extensive, and on occasion, you can even find firearms for a lower price than any other store.
